Steve Willson, Panoptika: holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Engineering from Dalhousie University. A registered Professional Engineer, Steve has led teams in the areas of Sales, Market Research, Business Intelligence, Supply Chain, Systems, and New Product Introduction. In 2001 he and his wife Megann, founded Panoptika, a Toronto-based consultancy.

Steve has helped numerous Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and Technology organizations to hear what their customers are saying. He is an Innovation Games® facilitator and trainer who uses both Qualitative and Quantitative techniques to get to the heart of what those customers want. A seasoned manager, he has real-life experience extending from Supply Chain Management to Business Intelligence, CRM implementation, Key Account Management, and development and integration of Knowledge Management Systems.

An active and involved member of the QRCA, Steve is also a member of the PEO, the AMA, MRIA, and a number of Industry Associations.
